This was my first time visiting this shop, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. I had heard great things about them from friends and family, so when my car's AC stopped working, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and welcoming the entire staff was. Everyone I spoke with was approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which made communication easy and helped create an even more comfortable experience. It's great to see a business that can assist a diverse range of customers and make everyone feel welcome. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and was kept informed throughout the day about the diagnosis and repair process. The team was transparent about the work that needed to be done and provided pricing that was both fair and reasonable. I needed a battery asap on a small Budget and M&M Alternators and Batteries was there to save the day!! The service was fast and efficient!! And they replaced it for me (for a small fee). I purchased a used battery and it came with a 3 month warranty! I am so thankful for M&M.

We Needed to change our battery for our Infiniti. Happened fast and quick thanks to Leo. Really hooked it up! Cleaned the old buildup from the messed up battery and installed the new one in very little time. Safety back on the road and actually able to enjoy our vehicle. Thank ya'll!

I contacted M&M Alternators and Battery Auto Care after seeing their $40 full synthetic oil change offer on Groupon. I spoke with a woman (whose name I did not catch) who assured me that I could pay $40 directly to the shop instead of purchasing through Groupon. She also confirmed that they take appointments and told me that if I arrived by 5:00 p.m., they would have time to complete the service.I drove approximately 40 miles — about 50 minutes — to the location. The shop was difficult to locate due to limited signage that was not clearly visible from the main entrance. When I arrived, the employee who had confirmed the appointment was not present.I asked a technician if I was at M&M Auto, and he responded in a noticeably condescending tone while reciting the full business name. Despite explaining that I had called ahead and arrived as instructed, I was told they could not complete the oil change. No clear explanation was given as to why my confirmed appointment was not honored, especially since the business does accept scheduled appointments.I left without receiving the service and chose to go elsewhere.
